I didn’t think about complaining about the additional charge at the time of return because of the convenience and ease of use. But other than that I paid for it without the complaint because I did intially ask for it. The only complaint I have is the fact that they charged me for the stupid appliance dolly every day as an itemized additional charge totaling $40 dollars that I actually didn’t even get to use because the truck that I had didn’t even have a ramp to effectively use the dolly. I paid my bill right in the app and that was that. Snapped some pics🤳 📸 🚚 “viola”🎉👏🏾 Returned U-Haul effortlessly I must say. I was also able to return it after hours with their new app and contactless drop off where I just followed the prompts to indicate the mileage and gas level and condition of the vehicle.
I extended like 3 times without any issues 😲and didn’t receive any harassing calls when I ended up having to return late when I was finally finished with the truck. My experience renting on this particular occasion was nothing less than awesomeness! The customer service superb. UHaul Contactless PicKup & Return AWESOMESAUCE!!
